Most items are made to order and will not qualify for refunds because of sizing issues.
Sizes listed are US, unless otherwise noted.
Please note we only go up to the M/L size 8 on most items. If you require anything beyond an 8 please contact us prior to purchase for customization.
Bust Measurement
Thread tape measure under arms, across shoulder blades at the back and around the fullest part of bust at front. Relax arms at sides while keeping the tape parallel with floor. This is your bust measurement. If this measurement falls on the ½ inch, round up.
Waist Measurement
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
Hip Measurement
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom (approximately 7" - 9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with floor.
Thigh Measurement
Stand with heels apart and measure around fullest part of thigh (approximately 1" below crotch), keeping tape parallel with floor.

Please ensure to read preorder status on all shoes. Each shoe sells out instantly when stock lands. Therefore, we are making shoes to order right after the order is placed. Shoes go into production almost immediately.
Subtle changes in size or color can be done while processing.
Initial orders when a shoe launches can take up to 8 weeks to ship. Older shoe styles will process and be made quicker within 2-4 weeks.
If you no longer need the shoe please contact us and we can cancel the order and issue a store credit or exchange only.
Please do not place orders for shoes expecting next day delivery. If you chose that shipping option it will ship with chosen method once the item hits our shipping warehouse.
Please note that you agree to the terms and conditions of this shoe policy set forth when you place your order (our credit card processor has been notified about shipping policy regarding these particular items).

Preorder Policy and Delayed Shipping Item Dates.
Pre Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
The benefit of purchasing Pre Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Preorders for the classic styles i.e. old stock is usually 5-7 weeks wait (production time).
Basics production time is 2 weeks.

For special occasion dresses, we recommend ordering 2 months in advance to avoid disappointment and delays.
The Antidote is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item.
You will proceed to the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre Order.
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre Orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you (classic designs). In an event where the occasion dress or item(s) is not required, a store credit will be issued instead, not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
Shoe preorders take about 8 weeks to produce. Please note we do not currently hold stock of any shoe and they will be put in production specifically for you once you place the order. Shoe preorders cannot be modified or expedited at the moment.
If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of store credit.
